Can I upgrade my package? If yes, how?

Yes, you can upgrade your package. Downgrading is also possible, provided certain conditions are met. To upgrade your EduSuite package to a higher one, get through to us, via mail or phone. Usually, you will be required to pay the price difference between the packages you are currently using and the one you are upgrading to.

What is the difference between the packages?

The EduSuite packages are categorized basically on financial costs and functional attributes. The lower packages are cheaper and hence have fewer functionalities and features.

Our school has a website already, can we still use EduSuite?

Yes, you can still purchase and use EduSuite. We provide Old Site Integration as a Value Added Service (VAS) in our packages. But, please note that, not all of your old site can be fully integrated into EduSuite. Integration depends on the package you are purchasing and the features of your old site.

How can I get more information on the packages and their features?

You can download our latest brochure from our download page. You can also preview the features of EduSuite in our demo site. Note, however, that not all features of the demo site are available in all the packages.

Is our school's website going to look like that of other EduSuite clients, if we use EduSuite?

No, the 'look and feel' (i.e. User Interface) of all our clients using EduSuite is different. The User Interface of your website should match to your school's branding and colours, as such we custom-build the user interfaces of each and every of our clients.

How long is it going to take to install and configure EduSuite?

That depends on the package you are purchasing. The number of days to design, configure and install EduSuite ranges from 30 days to 86 days.
